POSITION: MANAGER ENVIRONMENT (MGENEX)

JOB DES:
1. Developing the capabilities of the Environmental Section
2. Assisting in identifying enviromental risk and the development and implementation of management plans to mitigate this risk
3. Developing and implementing inspection and audit programs that measure the site's compliance with applicable enviromental standards
4. Implementing agreed annual and 4 years strategic plans with the goal of compliance with 14001 and implementation of best practice enviromental management

REQUIREMENT:
1. A degree in forestry, environmental science, environmental engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years experience of environmental management in the mining or processing industry
3. Good working knowledge of Indonesian environmental legislation and ISO 14001
4. Experience of environmental audit and inspections
5. Good English and Indonesian communication skills (written & spoken)
6. Tech nical knowledge of elevant areas including environmental monitoring, run off control, ecology, rehabilitation, and hydrocarbon and waste management.

POSITION: SAFETY OFFICER (SFOSMP)

JOB DES:
1. Coordinate action plan to follow up on Corporate Safety Audit or Layered Safety Audit from peers, regulation inspections, Mine Inspector's recommendation and accident investigation
2. Develop managers capability in performing loss prevention management, following the standards of government and company egulations.
3. Lead safety programs, such as: hearing protection areas with signs posted about measured noise levels, safety poster campaigns, safety newsletter, focus on safety in each work area, environmental aspects that conform to department's objectives and immediate requirement

REQUIREMENT:
1. Minimum Senior High School & 2 years experiance at Supervisory level preferably in EHS fields
2. Knowledgeable in Emergency Preparedness Plan
3. Understand statistics analysis and Computer literacy
4. Has Mine Certificate Level 1 (minimum)

POSITION: SNR. SUPERVISOR CONSTRUCTION (SSCSMP)

JOB DES:
1. Coordinate all project contruction activities with INCO Operations & Assist the Project Manager is establishing the report and procedures required to monitor construction progress and cost
2. Approve and monitor, with assistance of the Health and Safety Coordinator, the contractor's safety program and quality assurance program
3. Coordinate the technical field inspection of materials and workmanship and field engineering activities.
4. Oversee the managing of the field construction team of coordinators to ensure the day-to-day control and coordination of site activities of contractors and suppliers

REQUIREMENT:
1. University degree in Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineer 2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and management

POSITION: PROJECT ENGINEER (PESMP)

JOB DES:
1. Coordinate all project construction activities with INCO Operation and Assist the Project Manager in establishing the reposts and procedures required to monitor construction progress and cost
2. Plan and coordinate all required shutdown for tie-ins, modification and rebuilds
3. Manage contractor commisioning activities, pre-startup inspection and turnover to project commisioning team
4. Expedite services, material, equipment and vendor drawings to ensure the Project Schedule is maintained and work with full time expeditor, when one is assigned

REQUIREMENT:
1. University Degree in Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineer 2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and management

POSITION: QA/ QC CIVIL, ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL (QCEMSMP)

JOB DES:
1. The individual must have a combination of solid in-depth knowledge of QA, QA's goals, working with QA and non-QA groups, and extensive background in Engineering, Design and Construction
2. Carry out inspection and test independently and all components and materials, bought in or otherwise, conformes to the spesifications
3. Capable of establishing consistent data recording and assesment and documentatin process

REQUIREMENT:
1. University degree preferably Engineering Graduate
2. Minimum experience of 7-10 years in related work background
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and AutoCAD
Experience:2-3 years
